Prioritise first and do the unimportant work later
Then you should make an English course at Sylvia
Could the supplier say how many days the parts are too late

Making suggestions. Your colleague is unhappy. Make some suggestions to help him.
1. What should we do if it rains on Sunday?
If it rains on Sunday, we can cook something to eat together.
You can come over to my house and after we finished our meal, we can watch some soccer.
The game starts at 6 pm.
2. I have a difficult customer
We all have difficult customers.
It`s important to be friendly to these customers.
Sometimes it helps, if you listen to the customers problems and tell him that you understand him.
3. I have too much work to do
We all have a lot of work lately.
You have to do the most important things first.
After that you can do the other things.
4. I’m not very good at English
My English is also not that good.
You have to try to speak English, otherwise you will never learn it.
5. The supplier told me the shipment is delayed.
This is of course annoying.
But we can`t change it.
Perhaps we have something on stock.
So the customer doesn`t have to wait.
6. I have to talk about the problem with the team. But how?
That`s always uncomfortable.
But it can only get better, if you do it.
