Session 13(25th January 8:30-10:00)
Useful language:
Instruction language – putting a new wheel on
Keep language short and simple (loosen) NB (the next step) is to put the wheel = okay, but can be shorter! (see below)
Accurate language (right words, but not too technical; e.g. jack, wheel nuts)
order/sequencing (first, after that)

Group 1: The first thing (to do) is (to) lift the car with the jack. Second, loosen all the wheel nuts and store the nuts in a safe place, then lower the jack and remove the jack. The next step and final step is (to) put the wheel cap on the wheel.

Softer instructions
Still be clear, but less direct (these are your colleagues and friends), you should isolate rather than isolate
Accurate language (right words, but not too technical; e.g. disturb, concentrate)
order/sequencing (first, secondly)
First, you have to create an atmosphere like at work. Secondly, you should isolate yourself from others, i.e. close the door in order to be disturbed as little as possible so that you can concentrate. The third point would be to take a break between work after a while to increase productivity and give the brain a break. As a last step, you should divide the day so that it is satisfying for you to work at these times, as there are many people who like to work sooner or later (in the day).
