When the native speaker is the problem – Vocabulary explained
Participants – People who take part in an event, courses or meetings.

Non-native speakers (of English) – People who have learned English as a foreign language.
Native speaker (of English) – Somebody who speaks English as their first language.
Idioms – A group of words used to explain something that is not connected to the words used. For example “A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush” is not connected to birds or a hands.
Not the case – Not the problem.
Clearly – Easier to understand.
Address the issue – Talk about the problem.
The most effective technique – The best way of doing something.
Confirm – To say that someone or something is correct.
